Feed the irregularity waste radiator into the pre shredder, then the shredded material will be conveyed through ferrous separator to separate out the ferrous components and the rest material will be conveyed into pulverization system. The pulverized material will be fed into the air separator to get the final separated the copper granules and the aluminum granules. The whole process is guaranteed clean without any pollution due to it is equipped with full cover type dust collection equipment.
The KRCA double shaft shredder a low-speed, high-torque twin-shaft shredding machine. It can squeeze,tear and chop the radiators into small strips with width 5cm and with different length. The chopped material can be fed to next crushing equipment evenly to increase the crushing efficiency and the processing capacity for further granulation.
The KRVC vertical crusher is the high effective system for reducing the size of the incoming material, through cutting and impacting the incoming material in side of the chamber to get the required size material for the further separation by the high speed rotating blades.
The air separator is used to separate most of the aluminum foil to reduce the burden of the next separation device.Feed the crushed material into the inlet hopper of the air separator, the horizontal airflow which is generated by the fan below the hopper will take the falling material to move in different distance by the weight of the material. As the aluminum will be taken to further distance due to the lighter weight compare to the copper. The purity of the separated aluminum can reach to 99% and the capacity of the air separator is 1000-1500kg/h.
The separation is based on the density deference of the two material, the light material will be effected by the air low and the heavy material will be effected by the shaking force then move to two different directions. As the mixed material falling to the separator the aluminum will move with the airflow and the copper will move in opposite direction by the effect of the shaking force, then the two material will be separated. The purity of the separated aluminum can reach to 99% and the capacity of the air separator is 1000-1500kg/h.
